Electrical Remedial Works

Once the Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) report has been completed and issued to you this will identify and record any damage, defects, dangerous conditions and non-compliance points raised on the testing of the installation.

The remedial works required to bring the installation back to a compliant state will be itemised on a report so that the client can see what has to be achieved to become compliant and the system meeting the requirements of the IET Wiring regulations BS7671.

We will

• Work with you and produce a cost effective remedial works schedule
• Ensure works are completed in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption
• Certify the works meet BS7671 and recommend an Electrical PPM program to eliminate further non compliances.
