Emergency Lighting Inspection & Testing

Emergency lighting systems are critical for two conditions “Power Failure and Fire”

BS 5266 code of practice states regular servicing of emergency lighting systems is essential to ensure they are in good working order in the event of a fire or power failure.

Annual testing of emergency lighting systems to the full duration of the design must be conducted by a competent person, this is also applicable to daily and weekly checks.

We will

  • Test all luminaires in emergency conditions and check they stay to the required level of light in the duration tests
  • Supply and fill in the site Log of testing dates and results
  • Identify and report any non-compliant luminaires fittings and submit a remedial works report
